Some representative projects include:
Former Defense Manufacturer – Burbank: Oversight of multi-million dollar investigation & remediation prior to site redevelopment. Overseen by Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board.
Mercedes Benz Dealership – Inland Empire: Leaking UST Investigation, soil & groundwater remediation, and case closure at dealership prior to expansion.
Electronics Retailer – Hawthorne: Oil well re-abandonment, soil clean-up, groundwater investigation, vapor intrusion analysis, health risk assessment, and regulatory closure for major retail electronics store site.
Trucking Center – High Desert: Investigation and interim remediation at one of the largest leaking UST cases in the State. Contaminant fate and transport modeling, and completion of health risk based analysis of remediation goals.
School Site: Investigation and remediation of lead contamination at school site prior to construction. Overseen by Department of Toxic Substance Control (DTSC).
Domestic Well Site – San Diego County: Investigation and interim remediation of petroleum fuel contamination in small town with multiple threatened domestic water supply wells.
Gas Station Chain – San Bernardino: Investigation, clean up and case closures at multiple sites for a local gasoline station chain.
Asphalt Plant – Orange County: Investigation and remediation of petroleum release.
Los Angeles Site (and surrounding properties): Site characterization, soil/groundwater/floating fuel product remediation planning, and analysis of vapor intrusion threat to surrounding residential properties.
